I've never dug into Shay's work before but had been looking forward to this presentation for about a month. As someone who got into the dog training world because of my own dogs' behavior issues and wants to look more at animal behavior the title caught my attention right away. Learning about enrichment has changed my world and made life much easier with not only my boy with big feelings about life but also my senior dog so I was curious about how the presentation would include affective state. Shay did an amazing job breaking down all of the information, talking about enrichment and just what it is, and made everything understandable so that even your basic dog owner could watch the presentation. But the amount of resources he included were an added bonus for the nerds like me who might want to dig deeper. Overall, an excellent presentation, so many questions were answered thoughtfully by Shay, and I would gladly jump at the opportunity to watch another webinar from Shay.

Loved the combination of the topic Enrichment and affective state to paint a very clear picture of having a positive effect on your dogs outlook on life, or as I really enjoyed Shay saying "their optimism". Also covering topics like novel choice as a facet for enrichment was amazing.

This webinar has so much information, from the science behind enrichment to the practical application. I greatly enjoyed listening to Shay speak, he is truly a wealth of information. His approach demonstrates his love of dogs, the importance of their well being, as well as the bond and relationship of dogs and their people.

Awesome content!!!!! but better yet an opportunity to self reflect on what I do, don't do, or need to do more of regarding enrichment.

After watching this I feel valadated and Empowered. Having the mindset that in order to help as many dogs as possible your business must be successful was mind-blowing! Sometimes in the current world people and business seem to have strayed so far away from any type of core values it was very refreshing to be 'given permission' to stick to my core values in business. Stick to your core values and also offer value to your potential client before your ask for their money. I feel like I am on the right track.
