Memberships and Library Pass subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel your renewal at any time, and your subscription will expire on the date that it would have renewed. If you are unsatisfied with the site material, please request a refund of the current month. If you aren't unsatisfied, please remember we're a small company, and we'd ask that you respect our need for a livelihood and not ask for a refund. Thanks!

Full deletion: If you want us to fully delete your account, please request deletion via the contact form. Please note that this means you will also lose access to any digital items purchased individually.

Your comments or questions in our discussion areas, in live videos, courses, webinars, etc. will not be deleted.


If you have made any purchases individually, outside of a membership, you will keep access to your digital purchases indefinitely on You can log in to access them at any time with a computer or mobile device. Videos are available via online streaming. EBooks can be downloaded for offline reading.

Digital purchases in the campus store are non-returnable.

Physical products purchased from can be returned by mail for a refund of the purchase price minus a $7 restocking fee per item. Defective items will be replaced (note: 'my dog chewed it' does not mean it's defective!)

Live event registrations:  We can only give a Full Refund or change your registration date if you notify us at least 10 calendar days prior to the seminar. A 50% Refund is available 5 days prior to your seminar. No refunds or date changes will be available after that time. You may transfer your registration to another person by request.
