I love the GSA member meet ups. They give me a sense of community and a place of sharing fundamental questions regarding the work we do with people and dogs and also how we as trainers, behaviour consultants and coaches feel about it.. This particular meet up, featuring Cheryl Salvador, who presented to us the L.E.G.S. model and how it has changed in its new incarnation as L.E.G.S. 2.0, gave me a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of the paradigm shift taking place in the dog "training" world. L.E.G.S. and BAT complement one another beautifully. They both put a large emphasis on behavioural diversity as a sign of a dog's meets being met. The meet up made me even more curious about exploring the L.E.G.S. / family dog medation world and how it complements my work as a CBATi-KA.
